Now isn't that a perfect picture???

Dad is having a real rough day. He has a lot of pain still but he has his beautiful wife and all of us right by his side.

Alicia, Rick and Connor picked up a reclining chair that we could put next to Dad's bed. Tyson, Brandi, Mom and I rearranged his room to allow him to go from bed to chair with very little effort. Dad says as long as he doesn't move, he's okay. I watched him sleep today and you can see his pain in his face even while he is sleeping. I would give anything to take your pain away Dad, ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Get some rest Dad, everyone loves you!!!!

  2. I love that chair and Gary in it! A lot of important decisions have been made from that spot and always with Raynee right there with you Gary. I have also seen a lot of diet cokes and paradise cookies put down in that room. There isn't a better place to heal in all the world - the Bengtzen home is a refuge for us all! Here is to a much better day tomorrow for you both - sleep well and all our love - McCall and Fam

  5. It truly is a perfect picture! You two are the cutest couple and such great examples to every one you come in contact with and will continue to touch the lives of many people! I have always admired you both and been in awe of your sweet family for all that each and every one of you do for so many people! It is such a blessing to know you and to have such dear friends!

Raynee told me the other day that you guys live on miracles at your house. From the few miracles that I have witnessed to all of the many others that I have merely heard about, it is so true! The Lord has definitely watched over your family and will continue to do so during this difficult time. Like I told you guys the other day...with God nothing shall be impossible! I pray that He will continue to watch over all of you, and you will be blessed with the strength, peace, and comfort that you are in need of at this time. I hope you know that I am here and willing to help with anything!

It has always been fitting, but even more so now...."Come What May and Love It!" My thoughts and prayers are with all of you. I love you dearly!
